The Juicing Diet is Not Just for Losing Weight
It’s for eating healthy, too.
Souping can be a healthy, sustainable habit that you can introduce into your life in a balanced way. No reason to go overboard. While some people use souping for dieting, cleanses and detoxes, the rest of us can benefit by eating a simple bowl of soup every day. That might be small before supper bowl of soup that helps us eat less of the higher calorie or fat-ladened dinner. It could also be eaten as a replacement for lunch instead of a burger and fries.
That souping might helps us lose a few pounds, but even if it doesn’t, it’s good for the rest of our leaves. And besides, it’s another way to get all those veggies you’re supposed to be eating.
