This Pho Chicken Soup Recipe May Become Your Favorite
The Vietnamese name for this soup is Pho Ga and it couldn’t be easier to make. It’s comfort food through and through, but with so much flavor. In this recipe use chicken bone pieces for the broth. For presentation, she used slices of chicken breasts that she had cooked easier.
Tip: You use flat rice noodles for pho and here the neat thing… you don’t actually cook them. Bring a tea kettle full of water to a boil. Add your dry rice noodles to a deep bowl and cover them with the water. Poke them down and around in the bowl a few times to make sure they stay covered. Test after about 10 minutes.
