Beef Pho Recipes that’s All Paleo
Pho by it’s very nature is not to carb heavy. There’s lots of broth, meats a, d low-carb add-ons. And while you don’t need a lot of noodles in the soup… they still have carbs. There are about 25 carbs in rice noodles while in the shirataki noodles Jaden uses here, there is only 1 gram (net carbs) per 3.5-oz serving.
Tip: You can use a variety of garnishes with your Pho, including green onions, white onions, Thai basil, fresh chili peppers, lime (or lemon) wedges, bean sprouts, and cilantro. But you can really use anything you like. I sometimes add baby greens in mine in place of the basil and/or cilantro.
