Instant Pot One Pot Pasta Meals

I’m loving my Instant Pot, especially for the oh-so-easy one-pot pasta meals it cooks up.  I want to know why it works and I want more easy one pot meals.

Last night was another fabulous meal of pasta (penne, this time) with Italian sausage and marinara sauce. Cooked all together in the Instant Pot. You know, the wonderful electric pressure cooker that becoming and kitchen must-have.

These easy one-pot recipes have become family favorite here At Muse Ranch. Not just because they’re easy to fix, but they taste so good.

It’s one of those marvels of this new appliance. You can cook pasta, noodles, and rice with all the other ingredient. No need to dirty up extra pots and pans.

I was skeptical before I tried my first recipe. After all, pasta needs to cook in its own pan of water until it al dente.  Otherwise, it’ll turn out mushy.

What’s the catch?
