Creamy Tuscan Chicken and Pasta
“Easy” and “delicious” is what people have said so far about this Instant Pot one-pot pasta dish from Betty Crocker. And it does like it is easy and delicious.
The recipe calls for boneless, skinless chicken thighs, but I could see bone-in thigh (skin removed, though) or even chicken breasts. It also uses campanelle pasta. “Cam-pan-el” is how it is pronounced. It’s a fun pasta that has flat and curly parts to catch all the great sauce.
Cream cheese is used to make the creamy sauce, while spinach gives it color and extra nutrients.
And, of course, it’s all cooked in one pot and cooked for 7-minutes with a quick-release venting.
